Arbitration procedure
If no satisfactory solution has been found even after contacting the address above, you may contact the Arbitration Board under Section 16 of the BGG.
The Arbitration Board under the Federal Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities supports out-of-court dispute resolution between persons with disabilities and federal public bodies in matters relating to accessibility.
The arbitration procedure is free of charge, and there is no need to involve legal counsel.
On the Arbitration Board’s website, you will find comprehensive information about the procedure, including how it works and how to submit a request for arbitration.
